After a warm welcome with a glass of local wine, participants will discover the history of Sciacca’s gastronomy and prepare one of the most beloved specialties: fresh pasta.
The class is hands-on and led by a local expert. You’ll learn the basic techniques to knead and shape pasta using simple tools and fresh, seasonal, zero-kilometer ingredients. The goal is to offer an authentic experience, accessible even to those who don’t speak Italian fluently.
