We will welcome you along the avenues that lead to organic vineyards, olive groves and citrus groves for an engaging nature walk. The first stop will be in the garden of aromas to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean and the small wheat field (in production from April to June) to talk about ears, flours, cereals. Visit to the farm animals. A few steps from the Federico II vineyard we arrive at the cellar and we will stop in the area dedicated to the vinification, bottling and aging of the wines: the guide will tell us some curiosities about the wines that will be offered at the table. We move on to the rooms of the farm to have the gastronomic experience “Le mani in pasta”, you will be involved in the processing and creation of handmade macaroni between the secrets of leavening and the notes of typical Sicilian music. Lunch will be served in one of the verandas or in the restaurant room and includes various dishes that aim to reflect the Sicilian tradition with a marked rural imprint. Everything will be accompanied by a versatile and captivating white and a red that evokes all the warmth of the Mediterranean
