In the magic of the autumn atmosphere we are waiting for you to discover together a tradition strongly linked to our territory: the production of extra virgin olive oil. Walking among the centuries-old olive groves to caress the bark of the trees, discovering their age, learning about peasant tools are some of the most significant moments of this journey through the colors and smells of the Sicilian countryside. We will attend the demonstration on the preparation of pâté and salted olives. A short visit to the vineyards and cellar and then complete the experience with an olfactory-taste game on the oil and the tasting of two varieties of extra virgin olive oil. A tasty platter awaits us with five Sicilian specialties, all enriched by the tasting of a glass of wine that evokes all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
