We are waiting for you in the sweet hilly territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia. Our welcome begins with a pleasant naturalistic walk between the vineyards and organic family olive groves: to know the attention of the winemakers, explore the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some emotions that we will live with the chalice in hand. A few steps from the vineyard we arrive in front of the cellar Baglio, we will focus in the area dedicated to winemaking to discover the secrets of the production and, passing through the bottling area, we reach the refinement room of the red wines. In the veranda on the garden or in the Tasting room of the cellar we will prepare a cutting board with three Sicilian specialties, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrus jams. All enriched by the tasting of two wines that recall all the heat of the Mediterranean: a versatile white, fresh and savory typical of the hilly territory and a red of character with a fruity bouquet.
