What to See in Segesta
Doric Temple
Built in the 5th century BC, it’s one of the best-preserved Greek temples in Europe — standing proudly among rolling hills and silence.
Greek Theatre
Carved into the rock and overlooking the valley, it offers a breathtaking view all the way to the sea. In summer, it hosts open-air performances and cultural events.
Archaeological Area
Explore the remains of the agora, city walls, and a medieval mosque — traces of the many civilizations that shaped Segesta over the centuries.
Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle connects the parking area, temple, and theatre — included in the entrance ticket.
Best Time to Visit Segesta
The site is open all year, but the best time to visit is spring or autumn, when the weather is mild and the atmosphere peaceful.
